　　2. Damage caused by accident or other reasons, cannot be repaired or has no repair value;
　　3. Major and extraordinarily serious accidents occurred, the basic parts have been seriously damaged, and the technical performance after repair cannot meet the requirements of the production process;
　　4, the maintenance cost is too high, continue to use the cost is not economical;
　　5, the main zero, the parts can not be added and long-term disrepair;
　　6, the model has been eliminated, the performance is inferior, the upgrade is not economical and can not be downgraded;
　　7. The equipment has poor economic returns and no business value;
　　8. Self-made non-standard equipment and equipment, which cannot be repaired or modified by production verification and technical appraisal;
　　9. The company's development plan needs to be changed and no longer operated.
　　(2) Safety and environmental standards for scrapping
　　1. Exceeding the safe use period, there are potential safety hazards;
